About Charlie
Hello and welcome!
My name is Charlie Kelley-Pegg, I am a transgender and queer teen writer and poet based in Minneapolis, MN. I currently attend the Perpich Arts High School in Golden Valley, where I study with a focus on creative writing. Over the past year, I have been increasingly more active in the writing community here in the Twin Cities. I have had the opportunity to perform in a number of open mic-style readings, been published in a handful of works, and won awards for my writing. I created this page in hopes to document the journey and process of beginning to enter the writing scene as a transgender adolescent.
